Struggling to Believe in Yourself? Read This.

Doubt isn’t the enemy—inaction is. Find out how to push through and start executing like never before.

Listen to our expanded discussion around this newsletter on:

Imagine this: You’re leading the charge, the one everyone looks to for answers, confidence, and inspiration. But deep down, you’re drowning in doubt, questioning everything you create.

That’s exactly where Tyler Joseph of Twenty One Pilots found himself while creating his 2021 album, “Scaled and Icy.”

He recently shared in an Instagram reel that he felt like everything he was making was awful. The weight of his self-doubt was crushing. For a brief moment, the people closest to him—Josh Dunn and a co-worker—saw the cracks in his armor.

And it shook them.

But Tyler didn’t stop. Even as doubt whispered, “You’re not good enough,” he kept creating.

This particular album was a leap in the type of creativity that scares us. Tyler was presenting a whole new angle sound than his other albums.

Entrepreneurship is no different.

We’ve all faced those moments: staring at our ideas and thinking, This is garbage. I don’t have what it takes.

Here’s the truth: Everyone feels it. The game-changers, the dreamers, the rockstars—they all wrestle with self-doubt. What makes them different is that they don’t let it stop them. They keep taking action - it’s truly what separates those who bring their creations into the world, and those who don’t.

So, when you hear that little voice trying to hold you back, we want you to:

  1. Recognize it for what it is. Doubt isn’t the enemy—it’s proof you care deeply about what you’re doing.

  2. Share it. Let your inner circle in on the struggle. Vulnerability doesn’t weaken you; it strengthens your connections.

  3. Keep going. Push through. You’ll be amazed at what you can create on the other side of doubt.

Tyler Joseph’s story reminds us that some of our most impactful work is forged in our hardest moments. So don’t let fear steal your greatness. Create anyway.

The world needs what only you can bring.

Hit reply and tell us: What’s the one thing you’re going to create this week—even if doubt is knocking at your door?

Introducing the EPIC EXECUTION CHALLENGE!

NOW… all of that being said, we are REALLY excited to introduce our Epic Execution Challenge.

As entrepreneurs, we don’t just face self-doubt—we battle a whole minefield of traps: procrastination, overwhelm, shiny object syndrome, and spinning our wheels on tasks that don’t move the needle.

Then we get in that special place where we think we need more knowledge… so we buy courses, listen to podcasts, attend events, read books… thinking that will solve our problem.

But the truth is, we don’t need more information, we need more implementation.

The vast majority of success comes from doing the things we already know we need to do… we just aren’t doing them!

That’s what the Epic Execution Challenge is all about.

Over three powerful days, we’ll help you:

  • Get crystal clear on your goals.

  • Build unstoppable momentum.

  • Learn how to turn big ideas into RESULTS quickly.

  • Smash through your goals and finally achieve the freedom you deserve!

  • Network with a new tribe of high-achieving, like-minded entrepreneurs… so you don’t have to go it alone anymore!

This isn’t another “rah-rah” motivational event. It’s a hands-on, actionable experience designed to get you moving, executing, and seeing results.

If you want to jump in with us, click the button below and sign up! It’s FREE for a limited time!

Dates are: January 10th-12th
Time each day: 9:00 AM MST (8:00 AM PST, 10:00 AM CST, 11:00 AM EST)

This isn’t an all-day challenge either - it will take about an hour each day!

2025 is waiting for you—but first, you need to step into clarity, support, and execution. Don’t let another year go by stuck in self-doubt or entrepreneurial traps. Join the challenge and start your year with purpose and power.

Life Updates!

  • Christmas was absolutely epic for us! We got to enjoy some family time with our two daughters and their husbands… as well as our new little grand baby, Lyla. We missed our son, Cobe, as he is still in Thailand. Sometimes we get a little “Bah Humbuggy” about all the stuff surrounding Christmas, but it truly is a time when the family has a reason to come together… and we do love that!

  • Well, what can we say? Sunny’s sister invited Xander to go to Arizona with them the day after Christmas. We looked at each other and realized we would be home alone with no child to worry about, so we decided to pack up our 45-foot live-in horse trailer and headed to another part of Arizona - Wickenburg (a 13 hour drive)! We brought our little corgi, Dally, for his first big road trip! We also left the day after Christmas due to some crazy snowstorms and winter weather advisories coming in. The drive was horrendous for quite awhile - terrible snow through one section with even a semi off the road - but then it settled down to some consistent rain for the next few hours. We made it to St. George, Utah, (mentally exhausted from the weather) and stayed at a friend’s house for the night. We pulled into Wickenburg Friday night around 8 PM!

  • Every day here is sunshine, pickleball, and roping! And of course… a little bit of work. We love and are so grateful we can work from anywhere! Downside: our Starlink ALWAYS works, but when we plugged in here it appears we have a bad cable or something going on. Since we are pretty much out in the middle of nowhere we couldn’t get another one to us in time. Thank goodness for good service and phone hot spots!

  • One thing we have talked about while being here is networks. This town is crazy because it has about 8,000 people in it… until winter hits. Then the population doubles and sometimes triples or more. You can drive in any direction and find arenas stacked on each other, filled with people out roping and having fun. Most are really friendly and will welcome you in for some food or a chat. We mention that because how cool is it to go somewhere and find a whole new network of people doing what you love to do?

  • We will be here for the next couple of days and then we’ll hit the road to head back to snowy, cold Idaho!
